Who this covers
This notice covers the companies that use Heizen Interviewer and the candidates they invite. The company that invites a candidate decides why the interview happens and what happens next. Heizen processes the interview on its behalf.
What we collect
For company users, we collect name, work email and workspace activity. For candidates, we collect the details the inviting company provides, the audio and video of the interview, the transcript, any work submitted for a codebase task and the integrity signals recorded during the session.
How we use it
We use interview data to run the interview, produce scores and evidence for the inviting company, and keep the service secure. We never make a hiring decision and never sell candidate data.
Consent and your rights
Candidates see what is recorded and analysed before the interview starts and can decline. To access or delete your data, contact the company that invited you or email hello@heizen.work.
