Pagination

Cursor-based lists, filters and date ranges.

Every list endpoint returns the same envelope, newest first:

Parameter	Default
`limit`	25	1 to 100
`cursor`		`next_cursor` from the previous page
`created_gte`		Only objects created at or after this time
`created_lt`		Only objects created before this time

To walk everything, keep requesting with cursor=<next_cursor> until has_more is false. Keep the other filters the same between pages. Cursors are stable: objects created while you page do not shift or repeat the results.

An invalid or tampered cursor returns 400 parameter_invalid with param: "cursor".

For large one-off pulls, an export is faster than paging.
