Webhooks

Open Developers → Webhooks and choose Add endpoint.

• Endpoint URL must use https.
• Events: choose the types you handle, or All events.
• Description is for your team.

After saving, Heizen shows the signing secret (whsec_…). Store it with your other secrets; you need it to verify deliveries. You can reveal it again later, or rotate it, which invalidates the old secret straight away.

The endpoint belongs to the current data mode. Add it once in test mode and again in live mode.

Deliveries

Open an endpoint to see every delivery attempt with its status code, response body (first 2,000 characters), duration and next retry time.

• Send test event posts a webhook.test event to the endpoint.
• Replay sends a past delivery's event again.
• Disable stops all deliveries, including pending retries. Enable resumes delivery for events that happen afterwards.
